Creep 04:44
Creep I might be in your closet I might be under the bed Is the shadow you see really real Or is it all in your head? Tuck you feet under the blanket Pull it over your head You think that I can’t get you Just like waiting instead I’ll be waiting for you I’ll be waiting for you You feel my hair on your fingers You see my face on the wall Come down put your feet on the floor Nothing can save you at all Seeking refuge with the night-light The bulb flickers and dies You want to scream for mommy and daddy But they can’t see with their eyes I’ll be waiting for you I’ll be waiting for you And then I’ll creep

LaDiDa 03:10
LaDiDa Spent my life in the factory Churning out mistakes And I don’t have to work that hard Ambition is all it takes And you know that I’ll never say never Even though I’ll never again Don’t care if the sky is falling as long as it falls on my side Let it all land where it may as long as it lands on my side LaDiDa All the saints and the sinners They clamor at my door Though I keep on ignoring them But they keep wanting more Throw a coin deep in the wishing well I’ll collect them on my way out Don’t care if the sky is falling as long as it falls on my side Let it all land where it may as long as it lands on my side LaDiDa You might think I’m crazy Well I try I try Not to think about what you are thinking Well I try I try And you know that I’ll never say never Even though I’ll never again Don’t care if the sky is falling as long as it falls on my side Let it all land where it may as long as it lands on my side LaDiDa

Ears to Hear 04:06
Ears to Hear Staring blankly at the page Culling answers from a bygone age Relying less on thought and more on what you feel And the portrayal on the stage Illumination blocked by shade A canopy of denial in this world you made Protecting all you felt but never really known You could have gone but still you stayed Will you heed the light? Will you try to make it right? It’s getting hard to break on through Complicated by being at the end of you It’s time to flip the script And merge all that you are Sift through the lies and what is true Will you heed the light? Will you try to make it right? Will you cave in to the fear? Do you have the ears to hear? So now it’s written, so now it’s done No recourse for what you’ve become Nothing ventured, nothing gained Will you move on or stay the same More than likely you’ll find someone to blame Will you heed the light? Will you try to make it right? Will you cave in to the fear? Do you have the ears to hear?

Upon Reflection A pale reflection of a memory about that time comes to me Moves right through me A simple tale so often told by those I know and came before me It doesn’t warm me All around the sky is storming Came upon us without warning Are we really out of time Time to take a new direction In the end, upon reflection Were we at the end of the line? I Know I’m not the only one who’s made it to this crossroad I feel alone A ghostly vision wraps itself around me; I take my solace in that I’m lost It’s comforts cost All around the sky is storming Came upon us without warning Are we really out of time Time to take a new direction In the end upon reflection Were we at the end of the line? Where do I go from here? Staring forward, looking back, my present vision is so black How do I forget my fears? The scars are old but they still bleed, and from the wound has grown the seed How can I keep what I hold dear? It seem it’s all like desert sand, falling through my clutching hands Where do I go from here? All around the sky is storming Came upon us without warning Are we really out of time Time to take a new direction In the end upon reflection Were we at the end of the line?

Words 03:36
Words I listen for a long time about all thing things you said, about how it was gonna’ be But over the years I realized you never, ever said the truth to me What I though I left behind now I find that you had slithered back again What you touch don’t turn to gold, it just folds and withers away and dies and bends When you say those words Means nothing When you say those words means nothing And you know that papa was a rolling stone, never found the home that was there for him Spent all his love and hung his hat down at the track, but he could never win Spent all his time and all his dimes looking the space to roam When it comes to the inevitable will you be surprised to find yourself all alone? And you say those words Means nothing And you say those words means nothing

Echoes on the Waves We’ve spent a fortnight on the sea The storm has blown us from course decreed Adrift and lost we are Far from Harmozia I doubt we’ll see the shores of our home Once more Just when we thought we’d neared the end Our eyes fill with the site of land Unknown to our minds This pristine shoreline Ne’er looking back we sail on To our home

From Abnegation to Observation Just an average guy from nowhere Not too much in my head But I’ve noticed some thing around me That keep me up in bed I’ve been so blind When I should have seen all the signs What’s mine isn’t mine I think I’m going out of my head There’s cameras on the corner And phone taps on the line There’s tazers and there’s roadblocks When you speak your mind I’ve been so blind When I should have seen all the signs What’s mine isn’t mine I think I’m going out of my head …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. Another day, started grey, anyway, you know I must have been paranoid (Poison in the water, cloning all your food, tap you with a tazer when you speak your mind) Maybe something that I ate, maybe it’s that bug going round (Enforcing eugenics, dumbing down the public, keeping you under thumb) (HEY! EVERYTHING’S OK) It’s about time that I struck these thought far from my fevered brow (War on terror, war on drugs, war on the people treated like they were thugs) After all nothings really changed, at least nothing that I can see (They tell you, “Never mind it’s all in your head”.) It can never happen here…

Everything I see is hard to believe But, then again, I know it’s real Tried to bury my head in the sand Didn’t change the way that I feel I keep standing by We keep standing by Hoping it will go away Voices cry out Voices cry out From the past, to remake our today ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… I See the words in silent screams The breaking of the dreams The pantomimed comfort of the figureheads As they look down From high ground I See the blowing winds of change Deftly turned away By the greed and the depravity they assemble Can’t indict when might makes right They feed us the remains of the blood of our campaigns Washed down by the bitter drink of lies Clothed us in the shame Bathed in their disdain Till every shred of ethics surely dies This is not the way I See the promise of intent grow crooked, frail and bent As the balustrade that once was there for shelter now constrains Birthright detained I See what once was held as just trodden in the dust By the jack booted, single-minded thugs of the dignified In suit and tie They’re suitably contrite when passions do ignite But never do they ever try to stop They seem to take delight in the horror of our plight As they separate the chaff among their crop This is not the way
